Can I book a schedule today?
Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. I will message you if I am unavailable within 24 hours.
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
Yes, you may book a face to face consultation with the secretary of our clinics. Please also note that appointments booked through this platform are not guarantees since the final confirmation will come from the secretary.
Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.
Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?
We accept various HMOs in different hospitals: Amaphil, Asian Care, Benlife Care, Carewell Health, Cocolife, Dyanmic Care, Eastwest, Etiqa, Flexicare, Forticare, Generali, Getwell, HPPI, iCare, IMS Wellthcare, Intellicare/AVEGA, Inlife, Kaiser, Lacson and Lacson, Life & Health, Maxicare, Medasia, Medocare, Medilink, Metrocare, 1Coop, Pacific Cross, PAGCOR, Philbritish, Philcare, SImple TPA, Valuecare, Wellcare.
Please check with the HMO helpdesk and secretary which HMOs are accredited in each of the clinics.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
There is another fee for each medical certificate. Please note that we can only give soft copies of the medical certificate. Clarify with the agency or institution requiring the certificate if a hard copy is needed.
Can I message you via the NowServing app?
Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
