Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The fee includes non-urgent adult, noncardiac or cardiac related consultations, interpretation of laboratory or diagnostic test results, and giving prescriptions. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation such as medical certificates, fit to work clearances, and surgical risk stratification or CP clearances.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I usually respond within the day upon receiving the booking request.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 10-15 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Please note that medical certificates are legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 300 pesos. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

For face to face consultation kindly refer to the provided contact numbers of my affiliated clinic or hospital.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Unfortunately, I don't accept HMO's for my online consultations but will work this out soon.
