How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Most queries will be answered immediately, but sometimes, especially if I am in the operating room, answers may take several hours. This is why this platform should only be used for non-emergency bookings. If you feel your case is an emergency, please go to the emergency room so that you can be administered first aid while waiting for me. I will be in communication with the emergency nurses and doctors so they can take care of you while waiting.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, my clinic schedules are Tuesdays and Fridays at NGH. Consultation starts at 3 pm.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, the Now Serving app is a convenient way to reach me.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, but only after a consultation is done to make sure the certificate is accurate and truthful.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Face to face appointments need not be paid first. You can pay to the secretary after the consultation. Online appointments on the other hand have to be paid first. Thank you.
