Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 15 - 45 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient. Should a longer consultation be needed after the elapsed meeting, a new call will be made.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

For now, I am not accepting HMO/Healthcard appointments.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I usually respond to booking requests within an hour of booking time but can go up to 6 hours if there are many patients.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Currently, I have no official physical clinic yet. If I need to see you face to face (for example, for an intraarticular/intralesional steroid injection or ultrasound), I will request you to go to UST Hospital if you are able. I will refer you to another rheumatologist in your area if you are from the provinces.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php 200.00. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

No. Please refrain from sending a message/contacting me in any social media account and keep all consult-related questions here on this platform. For any new concerns, please book another appointment. I usually respond to any queries as soon as possible.
