Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.
Can I consult before trying to conceive?
Yes. Preconception consultations help identify and address factors that may affect pregnancy. A preconception consultation can help optimize nutrition, medical conditions, medications, and reproductive health.
Can I consult even if I am not trying to get pregnant?
Absolutely. We provide comprehensive gynecologic care regardless of fertility goals.
How long does a typical session last?
A typical session lasts around 15 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.
What fertility services do you provide?
Evaluation and management of infertility, ovulation disorders, PCOS-related infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, fertility preservation counseling, and intrauterine insemination (IUI).
What conditions can be discussed during a general OB-GYN consultation?
Menstrual irregularities, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, vaginal discharge, contraception, fertility concerns, menopause symptoms, and routine women's health care.

Can I book a schedule today?
Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within [insert RGT], your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
Do you provide annual well-woman examinations?
Yes. Regular gynecologic checkups are important for preventive care and early detection of health concerns. Medical history review, gynecologic evaluation, counseling, and recommended screening tests when appropriate.
Do you offer general OB-GYN consultations?
Yes. We provide consultations for women's health concerns across adolescence, reproductive age, pregnancy, and menopause.
Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?
For now, I do not accept during consultations
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
Yes, I have 2 clinics where face to face consultation can be done.
Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
Most patients may schedule directly without a referral.
Can I message you via the NowServing app?
Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 350. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?
Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
Do you provide prenatal consultations?
Yes. We provide obstetric care for pregnant patients.
Do you evaluate both partners?
Yes. Fertility is a couple-based condition, and evaluation often includes both partners.
Can you help if I have been trying to conceive for years?
Yes. We evaluate potential causes and discuss evidence-based treatment options. Depending on the patient's situation, testing may include hormone evaluation, ultrasound, ovarian reserve assessment, semen analysis, and tubal assessment.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
Less than a day. If done during office hours, response can be as early as 5 minutes.
