BOOKING AND CONSULTATION GUIDELINES

Hello! 

When booking, please choose the schedule you want and wait for approval of booking. You will be notified when approved. You might be transferred to another schedule if there are many patients already scheduled on that day. My secretary will update you if you were booked on a different day. It is recommended that you book at least 1 WEEK BEFORE your desired schedule.

We are not online 24 hours a day. Appointment bookings and messages will be attended to until 5 PM only, Monday to Saturday. We are offline on Sundays.

On the day of consultation, please be on standby 30 minutes before schedule. You will be informed if there will be changes. Please monitor inbox.  Have test results ready, and upload copies in the Now Serving app.

Kindly cancel your appointment if you won't make it so we can give your slot to someone else.

You may use the CHAT/INBOX feature of the now serving app for your concerns. We will be using this feature to communicate with you, or call you through your personal number for urgent matters. If you are not able to receive a reply, please message us again. KEEP NOTIFICATIONS ON FOR NOW SERVING APP.
