Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Please note that as psychologists, we can provide only mental health certificates, not medical certificates. A mental health certificate is a legal document that includes my signature and requires an additional fee of 200. These certificates are not covered by insurance and will be issued only for specific, valid reasons following a consultation.
Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?
