Yes. Medical Certificates may be issued after a proper consultation and assessment. Please note that certificates are only provided if clinically appropriate and based on the findings during your visit. An additional fee applies for the issuance of a Medical Certificate.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 48 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Do you accept international patients?

Yes. International or foreign patients are welcome for online or face to face consultation. Please note that consultations can be conducted in English (or Filipino, if preferred). For medical certificates or prescriptions, issuance will follow Philippine medical guidelines and may have limitations depending on your country’s local regulations.

What is the "Reason for Booking / Chief Complaint" field for?

This field lets you briefly describe the main concern, symptom, or purpose of your visit (e.g., “cough and fever,” “medical certificate request,” “follow-up for diabetes”). It helps the doctor prepare for your consultation and ensure your concerns are addressed efficiently.

How do I get a schedule with you?

For face to face consultations, Both walk-in and by-appointment consultations may be accepted. Please refer to the instructions per clinic before proceeding to your preferred clinic site to confirm availability and requirements.

Do you issue Fit-to-Work, Fit-to-Study, Fit-to-Play, or similar certificates?

Can I invite another person during the call?

Yes. You may invite a companion (such as a parent, guardian,child, spouse, or caregiver) to join your consultation if you wish. Please inform the doctor at the start of the session. However, keep in mind that consultations are primarily between the patient and the doctor, and sensitive information may be discussed.
