Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Appointments can be booked without prior payment. For ONLINE consultation, kindly pay the consultation fee (GCash, credit card, or thru Leapfroggr) at least ONE HOUR PRIOR to your appointment slot. For FACE TO FACE consultation, fees are paid AT THE CLINIC after the check up. HMO charging is accepted for FACE TO FACE consultation ONLY.
Can I message you via the NowServing app?
You may send messages regarding appointment concerns thru the NOW SERVING chatbox. The chat is monitored by the VIRTUAL SECRETARY. Health/Medical/Obstetrical/Gynecological concerns will be addressed by your doctor during the booked appointments.
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
Face to face consultation is every Saturday, 9am to 12 noon (by appointment) at ROOM 305 DMAC BUILDING of Sacred Heart Hospital of Malolos.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Medical Certificates can be issued for conditions covered by the current or previous consultations with the doctor. Minimal fee is charged.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
You will receive a response to your booking request within 24 hours or less. The booking request box is checked by the VIRTUAL SECRETARY at least 2-3 x a day. Hence a response is usually given within 6-12 hours. Response is sent Monday to Friday 10 am to 4pm. Expect a longer response time on Saturdays (since the staff is busy with the FACE TO FACE clinic), on Sundays and holidays (off days). Please make sure to input a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS in your profile.
How long does a typical session last?
Each patient is allotted a 15 minute slot. However, some cases are resolved in less time, while other more complicated cases require more time. The doctor aims to address all patient's concerns fully but still keep within the time frame.
Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?
HMO are accepted for FACE TO FACE consultations (no HMO charging for ONLINE consultations). For a complete list for accepted HMO, please refer to the Sacred Heart Hospital clinic (FACE TO FACE clinic) page.
Can I message you on your social media accounts?
The doctor cannot respond to messages thru social media accounts. It is best to maintain your medical records within the NOW SERVING app. Hence, health/medical/obstetrical/gynecological concerns will be addressed EXCLUSIVELY within the app.
Can I book a schedule today?
You may book as long as there are still open slots. It is best to set your appointment ahead of time since slots get filled up, especially for FACE TO FACE consultations. Please refer to the calendar. Days with available slots are BLACK, unavailable dates or FULLY BOOKED days are in GRAY.
Can I contact you outside the consultation?
All communications are thru the NOW SERVING app. Appointment issues can be addressed in the chatbox. Medical/obstetrical inquiries are discussed during booked appointments. For emergencies, kindly proceed to an emergency room nearest you.
