Dr. Mary Natalie Quesada

MD, FPDS, IFAAD | Dermatology

Dr. Natalie Casuela-Quesada is a board-certified dermatologist providing comprehensive care for adult and pediatric skin conditions. She is a certified Fellow of the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS), International Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), and Associate Member of the International Society of Dermatology (ISD). Her practice is grounded in evidence-based medicine, thoughtful clinical judgment, and a deep respect for each patient’s individual experience. Dr. Quesada completed her training with a strong foundation in medical dermatology, covering a wide range of skin concerns—from common conditions such as acne, eczema, and pigmentary disorders, to more complex and chronic diseases such as psoriasis and immunobullous disease. She believes that good dermatologic care should be both scientifically sound and deeply humane. Patients can expect thorough evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and honest discussions about options, expectations, and outcomes. Her goal is not only to treat skin disease, but to help patients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their care. As a proud autism parent and passionate advocate for neurodiversity, Dr. Quesada is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible clinical environment. Her practice is welcoming of neurodivergent individuals and patients with sensory sensitivities or special needs. Reasonable accommodations—such as modified appointment flow or communication preferences—may be requested in advance to help ensure a comfortable and respectful visit. In addition to in-clinic consultations, Dr. Quesada offers teledermatology services for appropriate conditions, providing patients with flexible access to expert dermatologic care. This may be ideal for: those in far-flung provinces in need of dermatology expertise, neurodiverse individuals who may be overwhelmed in new environments, night shift workers, busy families, and anyone who prefers remote care. Frequently Asked Questions

Why book an appointment if walk-ins are accepted?

(1) No need to fill out registration forms. (2) You will be informed if there will be any changes or delays in the clinic schedule. (3) It allows you to download the NowServing app, where you can receive prescriptions/lab requests/medical certificates digitally, and directly book appointments. Note: For the main Pasay clinic, time slots are assigned. If you have an appointed time slot, you will be prioritized over walk-in patients. For St. Dominic Medical Center, patients are seen on a 1st come, 1st served basis, whether or not an appointment was booked.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. A medical certificate is a signed official document so there is an additional charge if this is requested. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

You may send a message via the NowServing app only for appointment concerns. Please do not send images of your skin condition unless requested by Dr. Quesada herself. We receive and reply to messages during office hours only. Messages are not seen beyond office hours, Sundays, or holidays.
