Frequently Asked Questions

Why book an appointment if walk-ins are accepted?

Walk-ins are accepted but we highly recommend booking an appointment for your convenience. ✔ Receive updates on any schedule changes ✔ Get your prescription digitally after your consultation ✔ No registration needed—simply check in with our secretary upon arrival Note: For the main Pasay clinic, time slots are assigned. If you have an appointed time slot, you will be prioritized over walk-in patients. For St. Dominic Medical Center, patients are seen on a 1st come, 1st served basis, whether or not an appointment was booked.

How can I purchase the items prescribed during my consultation?

Your prescription includes recommended products that are available both at our clinics and at most pharmacies. If you prefer to purchase from our clinics, products may be bought immediately after your consultation or ordered later for personal pickup or courier delivery after online payment. To place an order from the Main Pasay Clinic, please contact our secretary, Ms. Nida, at 0905 218 5686 (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM). To place an order from the St. Dominic Medical Center Clinic, please contact our secretary, Ms. Yolly, at 0942 987 6342. (Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM). For provincial addresses, we can arrange delivery via LBC. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Courier charges apply.

At the St. Dominic Medical Center clinic, can I have a procedure done on the same day as my consultation?

Yes. Short procedures can often be performed on the same day, provided there is sufficient time. These include: skin punch biopsy, steroid injections for acne and scars, & electrocautery of lesions requiring only intralesional anesthesia. Longer procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, and electrocautery of lesions requiring topical anesthesia (e.g., facial wart removal), are scheduled at the Main Pasay Clinic. The St. Dominic clinic has a high volume of patients, which may limit the time available for longer procedures. Scheduling these treatments at the Main Pasay Clinic allows us to reserve a dedicated time slot, ensuring your procedure is performed comfortably, safely, and without being rushed.
