Frequently Asked Questions

Why book an appointment if walk-ins are accepted?

(1) No need to fill out registration forms. (2) You will be informed if there will be any changes or delays in the clinic schedule. (3) It allows you to download the NowServing app, where you can receive prescriptions/lab requests/medical certificates digitally, and directly book appointments. Note: For the main Pasay clinic, time slots are assigned. If you have an appointed time slot, you will be prioritized over walk-in patients. For clinics in St. Dominic Medical Center and Cavite East Asia Medical Center, patients are seen on a 1st come, 1st served basis, whether or not an appointment was booked.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. A medical certificate is a signed official document so there is an additional charge if this is requested. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

You may send a message via the NowServing app only for appointment concerns. Please do not send images of your skin condition unless requested by Dr. Quesada herself. We receive and reply to messages during office hours only. Messages are not seen beyond office hours, Sundays, or holidays.
