Frequently Asked Questions

Why book an appointment if walk-ins are accepted?

(1) No need to fill out registration forms. (2) It reduces patient waiting time & the risk for possible exposure to transmissible infections. (3) You will be informed if there will be any changes or delays in the clinic schedule. (4) It allows you to download the NowServing app, where you can receive prescriptions/lab requests/medical certificates digitally, directly book clinic visits or online consultations, and make inquiries or clarifications with the staff regarding appointment concerns/product purchases. Please note: For the main Pasay clinic, time slots are assigned. If you have an appointed time slot, you will be prioritized over walk-in patients. For clinics in St. Dominic Medical Center and Southeast Asian Medical Center, patients are seen on a 1st come, 1st served basis, whether or not an appointment was booked.

What are the payment options for an online consultation and a clinic visit?

For virtual/online consultations, payment is required upon booking (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, debit/credit card). For clinic visits, payment is settled after the consultation (cash, GCash, BPI online transfer). Debit and credit cards are also accepted but incur additional processing fees.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is an official document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
