Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments can be accommodated after a consent is signed and agreed upon. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

No. By law and local policies, Medical Certificates can only be issued by Medical Doctors (MDs). Instead, I can issue a Mental Health Certificate but only under the certain circumstances are met: 1. A request letter indicating a clearly defined purpose of its use is submitted and agreed upon. 2. Multiple mental health consultations (at least 4) or after a comprehensive psychological evaluation had already been conducted. 3.) A document requisition contract is signed. Take note that just like a medical certificate, Mental Health Certificates are not part of insurance coverage and will be an additional charge of 500 PHP. While this document is a document affixed with my signature, its content may vary depending on the clinical/assessment data available. Given this, its not ideal and should not be used to serve legal nor any other conclusive purpose beyond the request.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 45-60 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.
