Yes, once you are registered in SeriousMD and you have the NowServing App, you may use the messaging system for other concerns once the consultation is completed.
Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
When booking for an online consult here through SeriousMD, yes, you would need to complete payment first before being given an online schedule. However, for face to face consults, payment will be asked for in the clinic, after consultation is completed.
If I cancel my request for consultation, do I get a refund?
Yes, you will be refunded.
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
Yes, please get touch with my clinic secretaries so they can brief you on the schedules and locations of my physical clinics. For Cardinal Santos Medical Center, please get in touch with Donna at 09198175468. These phone lines will only answer during office hours, Mondays to Fridays 8 AM to 4 PM, beyond that, the secretaries are given rest from work, including phone calls.
Can I message you on your social media accounts?
No, I highly discourage this for data privacy reasons. It is best to message me through NowServing App where I can access your records immediately, and where I can monitor and track your progress.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes, just tell me the purpose for the medical certificate.
Where is Lee Medical Clinic located?
The address of Lee Medical Clinic is One Roxas Square 141 F. Blumentritt St. San Juan City. We are located on the second floor, Unit 2C. However, if you wish to use Google Maps or Waze to find us, we highly recommend that you search for Security Bank Blumentritt San Juan City, so you can easily find us. We are just located on the second floor of Security Bank.
How long does a typical session last?
15 - 30 minutes per patient for both online and face to face consults
Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?
For the meantime, I do not accept any HMO's in my clinics.
