What time should I be at the clinic?
Certain HMOs take 30 mins or more for approval of consultation alone. If you do not have a pre-approved LOA, please make sure to arrive at the front desk (ideally within the 1st clinic hour) or an hour before my time in the clinic ends to avoid cut off. I do my best to finish all consults and procedures within my clinic hours as a courtesy to the physicians using the clinic next and to also avoid delays for my other patients in my other clinics.
