How long does a typical session last?

Each case is unique. I usually take 15-30 minutes and may extend as needed depending on the complexity of the condition. Please be patient. I take my time with every consult, making sure that we cover everything.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

If I don't respond within the guaranteed time, NowServing refunds the payment as per their policy.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes. NowServing uses a paywall before informing me of your consultation request.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

It can take up to 24 hours before you can get a response, but I typically respond ASAP once I get notified.
