My work is primarily grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also drawing from existential, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavior approaches when helpful. This allows us to tailor our sessions to what works best for you and what matters most in your life. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly talk about your experiences, better understand your thoughts and emotions, and work toward the kind of life you want to build. While I’m open to working with a wide range of concerns, in my practice, I often support individuals who are experiencing: *Cycles of worry, overthinking, or intrusive thoughts (anxiety-related concerns) *Periods of change or uncertainty, such as adjusting to new roles or life transitions (adjustment concerns) *Questions about direction, purpose, or next steps in work or career (career counseling) *Feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted from work demands (work stress and burnout) *Difficulties in communication, trust, or connection with partners, friends, or family (relationship concerns) *Persistent sadness, low motivation, or emotional ups and downs (mood-related concerns) If you’d like to know a bit about my background, I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology at De La Salle University – Manila. I also trained at St. Luke’s Medical Center – Quezon City and Triad Psychological Testing and Review Center during my internship. I continue to attend trainings and workshops related to psychological assessment and psychotherapy so I can keep learning and provide the best support possible to the people I work with.
