Can clients request for a refund?
Once a schedule is booked and confirmed, the therapist will show up in the said schedule and will wait for the client for at least 15 mins. After 15 mins, the therapist may give the client the chance to have a rescheduling of appointment. Booked and confirmed sessions are non refundable. However, the therapist can let the client reschedule only ONCE. In cases that the client cannot show up in the booked and confirmed reschedule, the client may reach out to the therapist ahead of time (at least an hour to 10 mins prior to scheduled appointment), however, another rescheduling will no longer be possible and the client will have to book and pay for another session.
