Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?
I accept healthcards for which I am currently accredited. Kindly check directly with your HMO provider regarding doctor accreditation, coverage, and consultation eligibility. LOA approval and HMO verification should also be completed at the hospital or clinic prior to consultation whenever applicable.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Medical certificates may be issued when medically appropriate following consultation and assessment. A medical certificate fee of ₱500 applies.
