Welcome to RJ Japone’s Telepsychology Practice, a space built on empathy, respect, and genuine care. I’m RJ, a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist, and my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported as you work through life’s challenges. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. I help people manage anxiety, depression, burnout, and concerns related to identity, self-worth, and relationships. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply ready to understand yourself better, this is a place where you can do that safely and without judgment. My approach combines evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Adlerian principles. More than techniques, therapy is about people. Each session is shaped by your story, your pace, and what matters most to you. You deserve a space to slow down, reflect, and heal. Whether you prefer teleconsult sessions from home or in-person appointments at my Pasig City practice location, we can work together toward balance, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why things feel so heavy lately? Maybe you’re trying your best, but something inside keeps getting in the way. Struggles don’t always come with clear labels, and they don’t have to. Whatever you’re carrying right now matters and you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to sit with you, help you make sense of what’s happening, and support you at a pace that feels safe for you. In our work together, therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have things figured out. We focus on understanding your experiences, easing emotional burdens, and building steadier ways of coping with life as it is. Sessions are held online, allowing you to show up as you are, in a private and secure space, from the comfort of your home.
