What are the guidelines in therapy?

1. Cancelling or Rescheduling of Consultation should be made atleast 24 hours before the session. Please note that the waiting time is the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time. If there is no response from your end after 15 minutes, the session will be considered as No Show. No Show means that you will be charged with the same rate despite not attending the session, unless provided with a valid reason. 2. Paid fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. A Mental Health Certificate will be provided after THREE psychotherapy sessions. I can also provide a one-time Mental Health Consultation for fit-to-work purposes. However, the assessment is not as comprehensive as in face-to-face consultation. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons after the consultation.
