What is your Reschedule/Cancellation Policy?

For same-day appointments: Rescheduling of the appointment must be made 2 to 3 hours before your appointment date. For by-schedule consultation: Rescheduling must be 1 to 2 days before your appointment. Please be reminded that you may reschedule your appointment no more than two times. If you fail to reschedule an appointment within the grace period and within the allowable number of reschedules (two times), your payment will be forfeited. This is to respect the time of the psychologist and other clients seeking appointments with her. Thank you.

How long does a typical consultation last?

For NEW clients and FOLLOW-UP clients: The duration will depend on each patient’s needs, but the whole hour is reserved for one patient only.

What is your NO SHOW policy?

The patient is considered a NO SHOW if they did not go online within the grace period of 15 minutes. The fee is non-refundable for a NO SHOW.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Do you issue Mental Health Certificates?

Yes. I issue mental health certificates for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. Take note that a mental health certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature, so there will be an additional charge.
