Kindly forward a photo/scan of your valid SC/PWD ID. Special rates are also offered to licensed physicians. Kindly send a message once the appointment has been booked that you are a licensed physician, along with a photo/scan of your valid PRC ID.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. You can book in-person consults: 1) Manila - Fridays and Saturdays, 1pm-7pm 2) Alabang - Tuesday, 9am-5pm (at Westgate Center), and Thursdays, 10am-5pm (at Asian Hospital and Medical Center)

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, but only for non-medicolegal purposes (ex. fitness to return to work/school, for filing of leaves, clearance prior to medical intervention/surgical procedure). Upon confirmation and payment of the consultation session, medical certificates can be requested.

Do you accept medicolegal cases (ex. psychiatric evaluation to be used as evidence for court proceedings)?

No.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
