Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and AFTER a consultation and cannot be backdated.
A request for medical certificate of any kind is subject to a separate fee of minimum 150 pesos.
Request for medical certificates would only be entertain for current medical concerns. Any request for medical certification regarding any PAST events or illnesses that have no consultation records with our clinic will not be entertained.
Request to fill up forms outside of the NowServing app for a medical certificate will not be entertain.
Medical certificates specifically for injury clearance will not be entertained. A face to face consult is required for these types of medical certificates which we currently do not provide.
Can I book a schedule today?
Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be accommodated. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?
Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
Please wait a maximum of 5 hours, if no response or confirmation link is sent from our side, you may opt to cancel your request on your end and get your refund.
How does my company validate a medical certificate?
We will provide a clinic number and email add at the end of consultation that companies and institutions can use to reach us.
Do you accept international patients?
We accept international patients coming in for non-urgent concerns provided that they are currently living in or visiting the Philippines.
Can I message you via the NowServing app?
Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app especially if you have a preferred time of consult. You will receive a reply as soon as I am able.
How long does a typical session last?
A typical session lasts around 30 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.
What services do you offer?
Medical consultation, lab requests, reading & interpretation of laboratories, prescription requests and refill, medical certificates including fit to work.
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
Unfortunately, we are only catering to non-urgent online consultations.
Do you issue prescriptions for S2/restricted drugs?
S2 prescriptions are only available to patients located in few select areas where same day courier service from the clinic is possible. We do not issue digital or e-Prescriptions for restricted drugs.
