Can I cancel/not attend a session? Will I get a refund?
Cancellations including no-shows are considered booked and refunds cannot be issued, as a respect to the slot, time, and preparation.
Can I reschedule a session?
A session can be rescheduled upon your request but there will be a reschedule fee of 500
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
No, BUT a Mental Health Certificate or Proof of Consultation can be provided upon request for an additional fee of ₱300. This certificate will include my clinical impression and the general recommendations discussed during our session. Please be advised that it is not advisable to use this information for legal purposes or any other definitive reasons beyond the request.
