I am Ms. Shinkae “Shinx” Hombrebueno, a Registered Psychologist with over 7 years of experience in psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and counseling. I also have academic experience in psychological testing, research, and teaching in university settings. I am a Certified Forensic Psychology Expert and hold a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Cordilleras. I am a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) and the American Psychological Association (APA). At present, I am the CEO of Inxpire Mental Health Services Inc. and a consultant for mental health and psychosocial service organizations. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and emotional wellness support for individuals and groups. I am passionate about providing evidence-based and holistic mental health care, and I also conduct trainings, workshops, and advocacy work for various organizations.

Instead, I provide psychological reports, psychological assessment documents, or psychotherapy certificates when clinically indicated. If a formal document with my signature is required, the fee will be discussed during the session. Please note that these documents are issued only for valid clinical reasons and after a proper consultation or assessment. You may also discuss your specific need during the session.
