Dr. Sydney Madlangsakay is a General Adult Psychiatrist who provides comprehensive mental health care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. With empathy and clinical rigor, she is committed to helping patients navigate their concerns in a safe, respectful, and supportive space. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and earned her medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine. She then completed Psychiatry residency training at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH). Dr. Madlangsakay has training and experience in multiple therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), and Biological Psychiatry. She works with patients experiencing anxiety disorders, depressive and bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma-related disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder and personality disorders and other related conditions Her approach integrates thorough assessment, psychopharmacologic management, and supportive therapeutic interventions to promote recovery, resilience, and overall mental wellness.
