My practice combines evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, emotional challenges, and life transitions. I believe that healing and growth happen through collaboration, empathy, and empowerment.
