Yes. Please note that a medical certificate is a legal document bearing my signature, so an additional charge of 100 PHP will apply. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and should only be issued for specific, valid reasons and after a consultation.
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
Yes, we prefer in-person consultations, especially for new registered cases. We only offer virtual consultations on very special occasions. Please send your booking request through our official Facebook page and wait for our page manager to provide the schedule. Please note that the lead time is usually 5 days before your preferred clinic visit date.
