Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

I currently do not accept HMOs for online consults.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

My social media pages are my personal pages and are NOT an extension of my online clinic. Please ask all relevant questions during the consultation proper. For emergencies (difficulty breathing or coughing with chest tightness, generalized rashes similar to burns, swelling of eyes or lips) PLEASE HEAD TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as these are potentially life-threatening concerns.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

It takes anywhere between 2-7 days for us to build the week's schedule. No reply means your requested date is already fully booked or we're still working on the appointment list. Please be patient as we get to your request. Thank you!

How long does a typical session last?

Consultations last 15 minutes for new patients and 10 minutes for follow-ups. Rest assured this is sufficient to address concerns. Please be mindful of the time since extreme/unnecessary extensions will result in delays in appointments of patients after you.
