Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Currently, only selected HMO consultations are available. Please refer to the list of HMOs for each hospital affiliation.

Can I use my LOA for an online consultation?

At the moment, LOAs (Letters of Authorization) can only be used for in-clinic or hospital consultations. Each LOA is issued for a specific accredited facility, which is indicated in the document, so it cannot be applied to online consultations. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Certainly, it's important to note that a medical certificate holds legal significance as it carries my authorized signature. Therefore, there will be an additional fee of Php 200.00 associated with issuing a medical certificate. It's important to understand that medical certificates are not covered by insurance and will only be provided in cases of valid reasons after a consultation has taken place. Your understanding of this process is greatly appreciated.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, but please message only for urgent concerns, such as clarifications regarding prescriptions or lab tests, or concerns about worsening symptoms. For new concerns, please book another appointment. Please note that it may take me some time to check messages during my physical consultations.
