I am an expert in providing evidence-based education and application of Medical Nutrition Therapy to my patients and clients. I am a Certified Assistant Diabetes Educator in which I help my clients to stabilize their blood sugar control through food and nutrition. I offer my expertise to clients who are interested in Weight Management and who are diagnosed with Eating Disorders. I apply various nutrition counseling strategies to help my clients to have effective, efficient and sustainable health outcomes which will improve their relation to diet and overall wellness.
