Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, for an additional fee of only P300 on top of the consultation fee. I issue Fit to Work, Fit for School Enrollment, Medical Leave of Absence, Medical Evaluation Form.

Where can I send my laboratory / diagnostic / imaging test results prior to my consultation?

Please send all pertinent and current laboratory test results / relevant documents ahead of time (such as medical abstract, discharge summary, referral from another MD), if any, to hello@docaldea.com

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. I accept face to face and online consultations.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour Notice is Required for all cancellations and missed appointment defined as: (a) an appointment that you do not show up for or (b) an appointment that you provide less than 24 hour notice to cancel or re-schedule. Any last minute cancellations and missed appointments without 24 hour Notice will be charged at 100% of the full appointment amount. Please give me 24 hour notice in advance of any cancellations to adjust my schedule, this will also allow me to offer your time slot to another patient that may have been waiting. Thank you for your cooperation.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Contacting me through instant messaging chats, that are not HIPAA compliant, such as Viber and / or Facebook messenger; or e-mail communication with enquiries about your general health condition will not be entertained. Please keep all consult-related questions here on this platform. For any new concerns, please book another appointment.
