Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I have already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature. there will be an additional charge of Php 250.00. MEDICAL CERTIFICATES ARE NOT PART OF THE INSURANCE COVERAGE and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

For teleconsult, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the clinical impression, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charged to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.
