Yes. A certificate of consult can be issued. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. There will be limited information to be given in certificates issued on-line. Prescriptive days for rest are not automatically given and are only prescribed when warranted.
