Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes, however this will only be available through face to face consultations because a thorough physical examination is needed prior to issuing medical certificates. Please also take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 500 pesos. Medical certificates are not covered by HMOs/insurance and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
