Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, but take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not covered by HMOs/insurance and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Do you issue Medical Clearances?

Yes, but please take note that these are priced differently from simple fit to work certificates. There is also no guarantee that a clearance will be issued on the same day as the consult if additional work-ups are needed to give a final diagnosis and clearance. These are also not covered by HMOs and insurance.
