Before we proceed with your appointment, kindly take note of the following reminders: Please wait for confirmation of your scheduled date and time slot. Each session is estimated to last 40 to 45 minutes only. A Mental Health Certificate may be issued upon request for an additional fee of PHP 300. Please note that your preferred schedule may be adjusted if the time slot is already booked. A no-show will be considered a completed session and is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed up to two (2) times only. Beyond this, the session will be considered void and non-refundable. Kindly inform me in advance if you need to reschedule so the slot can be offered to another patient. For urgent cases, immediate accommodation may not always be possible, as I may already be attending to other patients.
