Most probably, during your appointment time, I am still attending to a face to face patient that I wasn't able to finish on time for your schedule, I am driving, or an emergency arose that I had to take care of first. In that case, you may send a message to my secretary at 0933-0257472 who will then remind me of our appointment time.
