Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Thank you for reaching out and considering me for your mental health care needs. I would like to inform you that I do not accept Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plans as a form of payment for the mental health services I provide.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 300 Php. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
