Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

For virtual consultations, a payment must be made prior to the acceptance of your request. Once your payment is confirmed, our office will contact you with further instructions and details about your upcoming consultation.

How do I prepare for my online consultation?

To ensure a smooth and efficient online consultation, please submit the following before your scheduled appointment: 1) Clear, well-lit photos of the affected areas. Include multiple images showing close-up views and different angles. Photos that are dark or unclear may need to be retaken. 2) A complete list of medications and skincare products you are currently using or have previously applied to the affected area. 3) Laboratory requests should also be sent in advance

How to take pictures prior to the teleconsult?

Photo Guidelines for Skin Concerns 1) Take photos in a well-lit area with natural or bright lighting. 2) Capture multiple images of the affected area, including both close-up and wide shots that show the surrounding skin. 3) If the issue is on your face, please remove any makeup before taking the photos. 4) Ask someone to help photograph hard-to-reach areas, if needed. 5) Use the back camera of your phone (not the front/selfie camera) for higher-quality images.
