Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Since we provide FREE consultations, we do not use any HMO.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 10-15 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Can I book a schedule today?

You can request for a booking anytime on our clinic hours but it's still subject to availability of slots.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

We normally send a feedback within a few minutes. The longest is within 24 hours.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

We comply with Electronic Medical Records Confidentiality and Data Privacy Policies to protect your private information. Please keep all consult-related questions here on this platform. For any new concerns, please book another appointment.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. However, please note that this is on a case-to-case basis.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, but that will be outside the coverage of SalamatMD. Consultation and other fees will apply.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

No. We provide FREE consultations so payment is not needed.
