Yes, once we have accepted your appointment, you can send us a message through the NowServing app. For better tracking and clarity, please direct all consultation-related questions through the NowServing app.

Can I book a schedule today?

Certainly. Appointments can be scheduled promptly if there are available slots. If your request is not confirmed within 24 hours, it will be automatically cancelled by the system.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 15 minutes per patient. However, the duration may vary depending on the specifics and needs of the case.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Payment is required prior to processing your request. The standard consultation fee covers the examination, diagnosis, and management or prescription related to your primary complaint. Any additional services provided during the consultation will incur separate charges. For in-person consultations, you may pay on the day of your appointment. However, for online consultations, please ensure payment is completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm your booking.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Medical certificates are available upon request. Please be aware that, unless the consultation is specifically for dermatology clearance for pre-employment, issuing a medical certificate may incur an additional fee.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

We currently do not accept health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage. For alternative payment options or further assistance, please contact our Medical Secretary.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system if not confirmed within the specified timeframe. However, you may contact our Medical Secretary should this occur to assist you further.
